Welcome to the Guestbook of the Central Plains Female Capitals. We are very excited about our upcoming season and continuing involvement in Manitoba Female Midget Hockey League featuring teams operating within Hockey Manitoba's designated Regions. The 2015-16 Season will see Central Plains play a 28 game League Schedule plus playoffs within a 8 team circuit within the MFMHL.

The team will also play a Round Robin in st Cloud MN., in their own 9 team Preseason Showcase at the PCU Centre in Portage la Prairie, the Notre Dame Hounds Tournament in Wilcox Sask., and Shaftsbury Winter Classic in Winnipeg, exhibition games and MFMHL playoffs leading to a schedule of over 50 games.

The Caps will be practicing at least twice a week along with dry-land training out of the BDO Centre for the Community in Portage la Priarie where they now have a new permanent dressing room.

All of our games will be played in Portage at either the BDO Centre or new PCU Centre.
