Minnesota Thoroughbred’s Annual Thanksgiving Tournament  Caps go winless in St. Paul

 

November 26, 27 & 28, 2010

Although the Caps did not win a game in the Thoroughbred Thanksgiving Tournament it was a very positive weekend. The Caps played extremely hard all weekend and very well against extremely good teams who were generally 3-4 years older. The Caps could have won 3 of their 4 games with a little luck around the opposition net where they continue to be somewhat snakebitten in their efforts to find goals. The caliber of this tournament is so good  plus the fact it is NCAA University scouted makes bringing the team to compete in this event a tremendous positive.

Saturday Nov. 27 @ 4:40 pm vs. POE 9 - Caps 0

Sunday Nov. 28 @ Noon vs. Chicago U19 Young Americans 3 - Caps 1
