THREE CAPS PICK UP MFMHL ALL-STAR SPOTS
Sheridan Oswald, Tamara McVannel and Courtlyn Oswald have been selected as MFMHL All-stars for the 2013-14 season based on voting among the 8 teams within the league. Forward Sheridan Oswald who was the Capitals leading scorer on the season was selected to the MFMHL First Team while Defense Tamara McVannel and Forward Courtlyn Oswald made the MFMHL Second Team. Sheridan Oswald had 34 points in MFMHL play for the Caps while finishing the season with 62 points in total. Tamara McVannel finished the season with 29 points from the point and was one of the top offensive defense in the MFMHL where she had 19 points in 25 games played in the regular season. Caps Captain Courtlyn Oswald finished the season with 56 points of which 31 came in MFMHL play and has become the Capitals all time leading scorer and point getter as she finishes her midget career with 99 goals and 82 assists for 181 points in 155 games played.
The Capitals were one of two teams that led the MFMHL with 3 player selections to the All-star Teams.
